Does the mask add a filter?
No, special fabrics (TNT) are used in the production of the mask, which already perform the function of the filter.
We offer 2 versions.
VERSION 1.0
Uses 3 layers.
LAYER 1: Fabric 100% Polyester Microfiber 85 g/m2 with special antibacterial and hydrophobictreatment. Our fabric complies with all that is specified in the new UNE 065 Standard and the European directive for sanitary fabrics.
LAYER 2: Layer of Non-Woven Spun lace fabric of 40 g/m2. This layer provides high filtration. This fabric is the most used for the filter of surgical masks and FPP2.
LAYER 3: Non-Woven Spun bond fabric of 17 g/m2. This fabric is hypoallergenic and has a soft touch, since it is the one that will be in contact with our skin, providing comfort in use.
VERSION 2.0
We have developed and certified a fabric that we are going to use for the inner part. It is a treated poplin.
LAYER 1: Fabric 100% Polyester Microfiber 85 g/m2 with special antibacterial and hydrophobictreatment. Our fabric complies with everything specified by the new UNE 0065:2020 Standard and the European directive for sanitary fabrics. Fabric certified by Itel Spain.
IMPROVED LAYER 2: Poplin with a content of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, provides as a filter layer a high breathability, treated with the most advanced products on the market. Providing freshness, anti-allergic, anti-odor, anti-bacterial, etc. It increases the values of bacterial filtrations, perfect breathability and water-repellent.
Mixed with cotton, it provides a better mouth feel. More natural and recyclable than TNT, allowing reuse and washing more than 25 times.
With this new fabric, we have improved filtration and durability among other things. It also has a treatment that increases the feeling of freshness, which we are going to be grateful for this summer.
We have also introduced a treatment in both layers with silver ions, from the Swiss company Sanitized, which provides a viral protection on the fabric.
All our fabrics are OEKO TEX 100 certified. The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification is the world's leading eco-label for textile products. These products have been tested and certified by internationally recognized institutes. Furthermore, with this certification, the consumer is assured that the textile products have been tested for substances harmful to health.
How can I know the sizes?
In e-mask we have 3 sizes available:
- Size S: For children from 2 to 8 years old.
- Size M: Recommended for children from 8 years old and women.
- Size L: Recommended for men.
Is the shipping cost per mask?
No, the cost is per order.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, all the information and conditions can be found in the Terms and Conditions section.
Can the masks be returned or exchanged?
Personalized masks cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
In all other cases, everything is explained in the Terms and Conditions. .
How many washes does it support?
Both versions of masks comply with the UNE 065 standard, which requires 4 machine washes at 70º. But if you take good care of the mask, washing it with hot water and disinfecting it with alcohol, it can withstand many more washes.
